Why isn't my audio working?

①Please make sure your audio is set to “CarPlay” mode.

②Please check whether your phone's Bluetooth is connected to another device, such as the vehicle's built-in Bluetooth system. If so, please disconnect your phone's Bluetooth from that device.

Unable to reconnect automatically

①Please make sure that both your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on.

②Please try clearing all Bluetooth devices from your phone and reconnecting.

The product isn't working

①One possible scenario is that the product’s indicator light does not turn on after plugging it into your car. This may be due to a lack of power. You should check whether your car’s USB port is damaged. If the USB port is in good condition, the product was likely damaged during shipping. Please submit a return request to Amazon.

②Another possible scenario is that when you plug the product into the car's USB port, the indicator light turns on but the device does not respond. In this case, please reset the car to its factory settings and try again. If the issue persists, please contact us.

The connection is unstable and keeps dropping.

①Please try resetting your phone's network settings. To do this, go to: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

②Please try updating the product version.

③Other devices may be interfering with the Wi-Fi signal. Please turn off all devices in the vehicle that require a Wi-Fi connection.

  • Online Upgrade

    How to upgrade online:

    ①Make sure the mini adapter is powered on.

    ②Connect your phone to the mini adapter’s Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi name is: smartBox-***, and the Wi-Fi password is 88888888

    ③In your phone’s browser, enter 192.168.8.1 or 192.168.1.101

    ④Go to the online update page to perform the update.
